Suppliers are invited to participate in a Supplier Visit (time limited) as part of the engagement process.

Engagement details:

• Registration of Interest : March 2026

• Supplier briefing and Site Visit: Early April 2026

Suppliers are advised to:

1. Register company on Sell2Wales; and

2. Email commercialprocurement.buildings@gov.wales with the subject line:

“PME Response – Former Coney Beach Pleasure Park and Fast food outlet structure demolition and enabling works" to register interest.

Further instructions and any questionnaires will be issued to registered parties.

Interested suppliers may be asked to provide information on the following as part of the future Tender process:

• Relevant experience in similar works

• Financial review: with £4,000,000 of demolition turnover required

• Accreditations NFDC, Constructionline, CHAS, SSIP – IDE Member to oversee the project

• Health & safety management approach

• Key risks and mitigation measures

• Sustainability and social value contributions relevant to Wales
