Explanation
The University considers competition to be absent for technical reasons, as it is the University’s understanding that only Ingentium Limited possesses the specialized expertise, geographical alignment, sector understanding and relationships that are all required collectively to enable the University to meet its programme and funding requirements immediately, as well as longer term.
