Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking suitable providers to support the delivery of vocational training for pupils Educated Other Than At School (EOTAS). This provision will take place at the Centre for Skills for Learning and will support children and young people educated outside mainstream school settings.
The Council aims to enhance engagement, confidence, skills development, and future employability by offering high‑quality vocational learning opportunities. As part of this, the Council is seeking training providers able to deliver foundational and practical skills in the following areas:
Construction
Hair and Beauty
Digital Skills
Training is expected to commence from 01 September 2026.
This notice is to inform interested providers that the Council will be running a further competition under its Dynamic Purchasing System for Training Providers (DPS1004594).
Providers who wish to participate in this upcoming opportunity and who are not currently registered on DPS1004594 must ensure they complete their registration and application no later than Friday, 20 March 2026.
All providers approved and registered on DPS1004594 will be invited to submit a quotation for this opportunity during the week commencing 30 March 2026.
The purpose of this notice is to inform any potential training providers who are not signed up to the Councils Training DPS that this competition will only be accessible to bidders if they are accepted onto the DPS and also give providers an opportunity to apply.
