III.1) Conditions for participation
III.1.4) Objective rules and criteria for participation
Requirement - Registration with Care Inspectorate and Register of Independent Schools as appropriate.
Bidders will be required to have an average yearly turnover of a minimum of 750,000GBP in the business area covered by the contract for the last 3 years.
The bidder confirms they already have or can commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of the contract: Employer's Liability: 5m GBP, Public Liability: 5m GBP, Vehicle and Travel insurances where appropriate to appropriate levels.
Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services. Requirement: Minimum of 1 relevant example of a similar nature to those included in the specification.
Bidders will be required to confirm that they have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: As per Care Inspectorate, SSSC and where appropriate Registration of Independent Schools.
