Refurbishment of Showerblock including accessibility improvements

Description of the goods or services required

The project involves the refurbishment of an existing shower block

to provide updated, hygienic, accessible, and energy-efficient

facilities. The scope of work includes all necessary demolition, lawful removal and disposal of waste, alteration, and construction

works, as well as all finishes, mechanical and electrical

installations, and the final commissioning and handover. The

Showerblock is owned by Llanharan Community Council. The

block is situated on land owned by a local charity – Llanharan

Miners Welfare Hall and Fields (referred to in this document

as LRGT), the work is being carried out with their full consent.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

A site visit is mandatory for any tender submission to be considered. Contact the Clerk of the Council Clerk@llanharan-cc.gov.wales (Leigh Smith) to arrange.

If possible site visits will be arranged together to avoid multiple visits.
