Abstract

Hywel Dda University Health Board's (HDUHB) Digital Directorate have awarded a contract to support essential equipment upgrades as part of the Windows 10 to Windows 11 transition programme following Microsoft’s end-of-support for Windows 10. The requirement is to procure one hundred and twenty three (123) of the following items, including a thirty-six (36) month warranty period: Microsoft Surface Pros, Keyboards. Microsoft Surface Pro devices are essential to standardising in line with the rest of the Health Board and maintaining security, compliance, and operational continuity. These devices are critical to the successful delivery of the eFlow and eObs digital transformation programmes, both of which are embedded across the Health Board’s clinical and operational workflows.
