Abstract

The School of Chemistry at the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for a Protein Purification System.

A well-engineered and constructed chromatography system is required for protein purification (0.1-500 mg scale) by standard methods (e.g., gel filtration, ion exchange, affinity chromatography). The system should be supplied with a fraction collector and be compatible with installation in a cold cabinet or cold room to house the chromatography system, and fraction collector. The system should be controlled by an attached PC via versatile and user-friendly software.
