II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The scope of works includes replacement of several flat roofs and replacement of a pitched roof including rain water goods and fascia/soffit replacement, window refurbishment/replacement, stone repair to a listed building, external security door replacement, replacement of a calorifier, replacement of fan convectors, external stair replacement, internal decoration, partial ceiling grid replacement and upgrade of changing areas.
