NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGG&C) intends to establish a formal contract for the provision of Macerator Maintenance Services across all NHSGG&C sites and health centres. As there is currently no contract in place, this tender will secure a structured and consistent approach to maintenance and performance standards.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of activities outlined below.
This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to:
- Maintenance, inspection, and servicing of Macerator Maintenance systems owned, operated, or managed by the NHSGGC.
- Implement a structured maintenance (PPM) program:
- Allocate resources for ongoing inspections, servicing, and repairs:
- Maintain compliance with warranties, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards; and
- Monitor performance metrics.
