Reprovision of the GP support subcontract with a new 2-year contract, with the inclusion of a possible 1-year extension.<br/>As a locked rehab unit, looking after people who would in other circumstances be reside in external placements 78 Crawley Road patients are not fully able to access primary care services The 78CR Service requires the continued input of the GP practice and although they are planning a review of the overall provision this will not happen in time for the contract expiry. To prevent a gap in provision the contract is desired to be extended.
