Engagement

Engagement process description

We require a contract for delivery of the Environment Agency’s existing Hydrology Training Programme. We currently own training materials for a 7-course programme of hydrology training, which consists of specialist degree-level scientific content. These courses need to be taught by industry-recognised hydrology experts with experience of education. This is a highly specialised niche technical skill. Previous contract was on the old Mapping and Modelling (C13077)

The proposed route to market is a Competitive Flexible Procedure to allow the use of a Preferred Supplier Stage where any weaknesses in the supplier’s tender can be addressed and limited negotiation can take place.

18 March 2026, 23:59PM

Has the engagement period already ended?
