Adra is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers for the provision of Lift Servicing and Maintenance.
This engagement aims to alert Service Providers of the up-coming opportunity and identify capable providers who can deliver high-quality, compliant and cost-effective services.
The anticipated contract will cover:
• Planned preventative maintenance of lifts
• Reactive repairs and emergency callouts
• Compliance with relevant legislation and standards
• Provision of associated documentation and reporting
