YPO envisages that the award criteria will be geographically limited to the regions set by the customer and detailed in their Award Criteria at the Call for Competition stage.
YPO recommend that customers evaluate the Call for Competition on a price to quality ratio of 40%:60%, with a variance of ±/- 10%.
