VI.3) Additional information
The Provider Selection Regime (PSR) process was conducted in line with statutory guidance. One bidder response was received; however, the proposed cost exceeded the Trusts' approved funding envelope. Proceeding to award would not represent value for money and would be unaffordable. The Trust has therefore decided not to proceed with an award and abandon the process.
