Engagement process description
A main contractor is required to deliver the work package which comprises of:
- Replacement of two Fire Escape Hatches
- Replacement of two Escape Ladders
- Replacement of ten Glazing units
- Repointing of roof terrace
The provisional timetable for this procurement is:
w/c 30 March – Tender goes live
w/c 8 April – Site Visits
Noon on Monday 27 April 2026 – Tender deadline
w/c 8 June – DfT Issue of intention to award
w/c 15 June – Contract Award
27 July – 11 September 2026 – Works on site, London
