Due to this award being an award of a Contract as a call-off via direct award via Framework NEPO507 subsequent to a benchmark evaluation of the Framework Prices based on usage of similar services by the Council customer in the recent past 12 months, due to the Framework NEPO507 being in place in accordance with United Kingdom Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (UK PCR 2015).
