A mental health service, in the form of peer support network live therapy service, to service personnel, veterans and families of veterans and service personnel.<br/>NHS England commissioners are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following a Direct Award process C. The lifetime value of the contract is £662,514. The services are required to be provided from 01/04./26 to 31/03/27.

This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/>Written representations should be sent to sarah.groves4@nhs.net<br/>The decision to award this contract was made by NHS England Commercial Executive Group. There were no Conflicts of Interest.<br/>The key criteria that NHS England commissioners used in the decision making process and the importance to delivery of the service was;<br/>Quality and innovation - Services are of a high quality and innovation is needed to maintain services at the highest level. There has been innovation within the current service and will continue into the new contract.<br/>Value - The provider demonstrated value for money. The contract value was benchmarked against similar contracts and the new contract is considered value for money.<br/>Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability - The provider integrates and collaborates with partners. The provider works collaboratively with other services / agencies. The current and future service model is considered sustainable.<br/>Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice - This was considered of high importance due to the patient population. The provider has different methods for improving access and uses prevention and other methods to address inequalities. This is expected to be maintained in the new contract.<br/>Social Value - The provider has demonstrated an understanding of Social Value requirements and commissioners were satisfied this will continue in the new contract.
