The most economically advantageous tender will not automatically be accepted. Suppliers must read through this set of instructions and follow the process to respond to this opportunity. The information and/or documents for this opportunity are available on https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta.

The Furniture Services Framework Agreement will provide a supply base to supply products and services to current and future NHC Members. This will enable them to meet the needs of their tenants and support employment opportunities for disabled people.

The minimum objectives of the Framework Agreement are to:

— Improve access to employment opportunities for disabled people

— Reduce programme cost and procurement cost/timescale,

— Provide a 'right first time' solution to NHC Members

— Demonstrate value for money and reduce the burden on restricted budgets.

It is anticipated that these objectives will be achieved by working together with suppliers and NHC Members throughout the life of the Framework Agreement from its commencement to completion, incorporating supply chain management and fast track methods of programme delivery.

The Consortium is looking for Supply Partners who have the resources and flexibility to cope with the variation in workload that affects local authority housing providers.

The quality of service will form a major part of the selection criteria, therefore Supply Partners must be able to demonstrate to the Consortium that product quality, customer care and disabled employment are at forefront of their policies.

All work is subject to approval of the Consortium Members annual budgets and no guarantee can or will be given by the Consortium with regard to the volume, trade requirement, value, duration, category or continuity of work to be undertaken, nor should any Supply Partner seek any implied value of the works or work scope in any of the information supplied by the Consortium.
