Abstract

Investment programme framework 2015-19 to upgrade existing housing stock to meet Scottish Housing Quality Standard and Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing.

Works are divided into 4 geographical areas:

(1) Cowal and Bute;

(2) Helensburgh and Lomond;

(3) Lorn and Isles;

(4) Mid-Argyll and Kintyre;

Within each area the work is divided into the following lots:

— Joinery and Plumbing — Replacement windows, doors, kitchens with partial rewire, bathrooms and adapted bathrooms;

— Heating and Electrical — Rewiring, heating including gas, electric, solid fuel enclosed appliances and flues, basic renewables;

— Energy Insulation — internal wall insulation, loft insulation, floor insulation, room in roof insulation, cavity wall insulation including extraction if required.
