The Framework will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 x 12 months periods (subject to continued value for money and satisfactory performance).

The Framework Agreement is for the use of University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. Other NHS Bodies in the East and West Midlands Region may also use this Framework Agreement during the life of the Framework Agreement at the express permission of the Authority.
