Appointment of security company to provide full security services to Aberdeen Harbour Board in accordance with the ISPS code of practice. Contract requirements will include provision of an operations manager who is CTC certified and qualified as a PFSO, fully trained and licenced security staff and all necessary vehicles and equipment.

Qualification for the system

Pre Qualification Questionnaire to be completed to enable shortlisting of suitable candidates to be invited to tender under a restricted procedure. The PQQ questions and scoring methodology are defined within the PQQ documentation. The PQQ's will be assessed through a mixture of pass/fail questions in relation to business probity, evidence of financial standing, confirmation of insurances and a series of scored and weighted questions in relation to demonstration of capability.
