Surrey Downs CCG is commissioning a Community ENT provider to provide services to Surrey Downs GP registered patients within our locality areas. We are looking for a service provider than can deliver services from more than 1 community location and is committed to providing education, training and feedback to primary care to support care in the community.

Service: The service is an alternative to hospital based treatments offering a 1 stop service for appropriate ENT assessments, diagnostics and treatments for minor conditions.

Audiology

Surrey Downs CCG is commissioning a community Audiology provider to provide services to Surrey Downs GP registered patients within our locality areas. We are looking for a service provider that can deliver services from more than 1 community location and is committed to encouraging early identification, diagnosis and management of hearing loss through improved patient and professional education.

Service: The service is an alternative to hospital based treatments offering direct access for people suffering with hearing problems.
