NHS Property Services Ltd requires 1 or more experienced service providers to deliver a Window Cleaning service to its properties across England (excluding the London Region).

The scope of the service will include planned and reactive feminine hygiene services. Please see the PQQ for more details.

All services are to be carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, industry guidelines, applicable standards and good practice. The proposed contract shall be for a 3 year period with 2 options to extend by a further year each.

Lodging of appeals

The Authority will incorporate a standstill period at the point information about the actual award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision.

The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.

The Public Contracts Regulations provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court.
