Abstract

Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking to establish a framework of contractors to undertake Responsive Maintenance to the Council portfolio of corporate buildings.

The Contract will consist of 2 lots:

1.2.1 Minor Building Works;

1.2.2 Mechanical and Electrical responsive and minor works.

The tender process will establish 3 contractors (for each Lot) to be initially included on the framework for a period of 3 months. These contractors will be continually assessed and if they fail to meet the minimum thresholds, they will be removed from the framework and their place taken by the next highest scoring bidder against the initial evaluation criteria. Following the initial period a primary contractor will be selected to continue for the duration of the tender pending satisfactory performance levels being maintained.
