Explanation
The additional works, services or supplies that “have become necessary” where a change of supplier would not be practicable(for economic, technical or interoperability reasons) or involve substantial inconvenience / duplication of costs.
Safe in Tees Valley are the current provider of Victim Care Services for the PCC. The additional element of Victim Care for victims of ASB was not included in the initial scope of the procurement and contract award. This has been added to the scope of requirements following recent requirements from the MOJ to provide this.
