The London Borough of Bexley wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out pro-active enforcement of littering, dog fouling and fly tipping in conjunction with existing street cleaning arrangements and volunteer litter pickers. The initial contract period will be three years commencing 1.7.2018 with the option to extend for a further 2 period of up to 12 months each.
