NI Water wish to invite submissions from Economic operators for the above framework containing the following Lots:

— Lot 1 Water and sewerage infrastructure minor works;

— Lot 2 Water and sewerage non infrastructure minor works and

— Lot 3 Water and sewerage infrastructure and non infrastructure major works.

Separate submissions shall be made for each Lot being applied for. Economic operators are entitled to submit tenders for one, several or for all individual Lots of the framework. However please note that NI Water will not appoint the same Economic operator or Group of economic operators to more than one Lot. This rule will not though preclude the appointment of an Economic operator to one Lot and the appointment of the same Economic operator as part of a Group of economic operators or as a subcontractor to another Economic operator or Group of economic operators, on another Lot.
