Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) requirements included a block of Transitional and Reablement beds payable at the OP High Dependency rate. The cost reflected the multi-purpose usage of the beds. The number of beds being a maximum of 16 beds for LCC depending on availability and costs to be fixed.
Lot 2: Health Beds.
Health partners including the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), Lincolnshire Community Health Services (LCHS), wished to commission nursing and residential Transitional Care and Reablement beds. The number of beds being a maximum of 12 (9 nursing and 3 residential) beds depending on availability and costs to be fixed. Plus the FNC rate is a nursing bed.
