(a) General building maintenance services;
(b) Ground works services;
(c) Mechanical/plumbing services;
(d) Electrical services;
(e) Painting/decorating services (Dedicated recognised painting contractors only);
(f) Fencing services — to include all types of security/boundary fencing, hand railing and guard railing.
The services required, within each panel, shall consist of planned and unplanned works comprising of upgrades, refurbishments, fit outs, demolitions and running repairs. The tender is for a period of 3 years.
