Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is issuing this invitation to tender (“ITT”) in connection with the competitive procurement to find a suitably skilled and experienced organisation to supply, install and maintain CCTV equipment in 9 sites and others at request of the Authority.
Initial contract period 5 years with option to extend for a further 3 years.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The contract is expected to commence with the supply and installation at the 9 sites. Following installation the Authority will enter into a 5-year agreement for the service and repair of the installed equipment. The Authority may, at its discretion offer the successful bidder the opportunity to undertake maintenance and repair of some or all of the existing and new CCTV equipment within the Authorities estate. The Authority may also, throughout the 5-year term offer any new supply and installation requirements to the successful bidder. Any new equipment provided by and installed by the successful bidder may also be subject to maintenance agreement up to 5 years from the initial installation date. At the end of any new initial term the Authority may extend the term for a further 3-years.
