Lot 1: General Building Materials to include, but not limited to: insulation, paints, sealants and mastics, building bricks and blocks, decorative aggregates, landscaping, plaster and plasterboards, roofing, cement and aggregates, hand and power tool sales;
Lot 2: Timber to include, but not limited to: sawn carcassing timber, battens, skirting boards and architrave, planed timber and mouldings, treated timber, decking boards, fence panels and posts, sheet materials and flooring.
