The “Moving On Up Project” aims to support people with complex needs towards self-management of their own condition(s), develop independence/daily living skills, integrate into the community, develop meaningful relationships, navigate services and (where appropriate) manage a tenancy.

The service is primarily intended for young people (aged 16-25) with Autistic spectrum conditions and/or Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It incorporates a 24 hour supported living service, in-reach support, outreach support, self-management support and crisis management.
