The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive
Explanation:
The incumbent supplier has already furnished the existing gym with certain models and specifications of furniture, we require these to be identical in the new gym to allow users to have the same experience in either gym which allows the facility to be able to switch machines between sites. The software being used allows the users to track and plan their workouts with their personal trainer. Also, it was already security tested and integrated with UoB network.
