Abstract

The videography framework will provide LJMU with suppliers who can deliver in scope full videography services for marketing services and corporate communications.

LJMU relies upon each supplier being able to deliver the most appropriate service across all areas of videography including, but not limited to:

— scoping project,

— brief development and delivery strategy,

— “Flagship” 3 minute corporate film – for top level marketing brand awareness and presentation purposes,

— 3 minute subject film – covering multiple aspects of student experience in that subject area,

— 30 second content film – for awareness raising of various subjects/services over social media,

— 2 minute partner institution film – aimed at potential international partner institutions,

— 1 minute talking heads “voxpop” film – informal film covering aspects of student life,

— 90 minute corporate event film – e.g. roscoe lecture/guest lecture capture,

— 3 minute marketing promo film – covering non-academic aspects of the student experience,

— 15 second animation for digital signage – HD portrait format/landscape jumbotron billboard.

It is the intention to create a Framework Agreement for videography services and immersive multimedia development for LJMU. The framework(s) will run for 2 years and will include an option to extend for a further 2x1 year periods, all projects shall be priced and agreed by LJMU before work commence. The videography and immersive multimedia development framework will provide LJMU with suppliers who can deliver in scope full videography and immersive multimedia development services for both marketing services and corporate communications.
