II.2.4) Description of the procurement
This PIN will follow a 2-stage process, the first stage is aimed to draw interest from the market which will run for a minimum of 35 days. Suppliers are invited to supply information requested below, who will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis to progress onto Stage 2. At the second stage EMEC will provide additional documentation once an NDA has been signed. Stage 2 will run for a minimum of 10 days using the quick quote system on PCS.
Additional info:
— Eday is a remote island location with limited access and amenities along with inclement weather,
— the road to site has an axel weight limit of 20 tonnes,
— all works to conform to construction design management (CDM) regulations,
— need to supply their RAMS (COSHH, Traffic Management, Fire Safety and ATEX compatible zones),
— conform to ISO standard 15916.
