The services shall comprise, but not be limited to, the recording of water temperatures, recording of the condition of cold-water storage tanks and hot water calorifiers, water sampling and testing and correct operation of thermostatic mixing valves together with corrective measure required whilst carrying out the aforementioned.
As a requirement of the contract the service provider will undertake a full legionella risk assessment for each site together with the compilation of a new log book, the most recent legionella risk assessments will be undertaken prior to the award of the new contract in May 2019
