CPYAEC (New Milton) Supported Living (‘The Scheme’) is an accommodation based supported living scheme delivering a range of care and support activities to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, mental health and other assessed social care needs. Those living at the scheme (‘Service Users’) are younger adults, ordinarily aged 18 and over, assessed as eligible for social care under the Care Act 2014, and who have an ongoing need for the minimum level of support provided at the scheme.
