To support YWS Organisation Development Strategy, YWS have committed to ensure that we:

— have enough staff to account for natural attrition and our current ageing workforce issues,

— develop staff currently within the business to create an internal talent pool for internal recruitment,

— develop successors for roles to ensure the business resilience should individuals leave post.

We aim to utilise the available Apprenticeship Levy funds to deliver Levels 2-7 (GCSE – Degree) qualifications. The tender will be awarded to training providers that can deliver high quality apprenticeship programmes, in the areas of: health, safety and environment standard; water process technician standard; team leader/customer service specialist; software developer standard; cyber security technologist; engineering technician; infrastructure technician; associate project manager and business analyst. A 3 + 2 Framework Agreement will be awarded to the successful bidders.
