The University currently owns and operates 3 842 student study bedrooms spread over 31 buildings, the majority of which are on campus but this does include a near-by site referred to as the Village. The University undertakes annual refurbishments of these buildings to various degrees based on priorities of condition and risk.
This contract will be awarded to a single provider as a single supplier framework. The 2019 works will be called-off immediately at award stage. Any other call-off contracts, relating to the potential pipeline of works or otherwise would be subject to the process and terms contained in the framework document included in the tender pack.
