Abstract

Design and fit-out of new build show homes for marketing and sale purposes.

This Framework Agreement will support a target to provide 10 000 new homes (mixed tenure) by 2024 — the show homes will support a wider marketing strategy to raise interest in and accelerate the sale of new homes.

The highest scoring contractor will be awarded the first show home design and fit-out brief (which will form part of the stage 2 tender documents). The highest scoring contractor will then be the main delivery partner for subsequent requirements; the 2nd ranked contractor will be a reserve contractor on the framework: the method for utilisation of the 2nd ranked contractor will be set out in the stage 2 tender documents.
