The Lot 1 contractor will be a single point of contact for all standard design tasks and some ad-hoc creative design services. These will be delivered to support the sales and marketing team and where required in collaboration with client in-house creative design resources.

The Lot 2 contractors (maximum of 3) will be placed on a Framework Agreement in rank order based on the bid evaluation outcome. The highest ranked provider will be awarded the first creative design task (the brief for which will form part of the tender). Guinness will reserve the right to appoint the highest ranked contractor for subsequent creative design tasks or to undertake mini-competition(s).
The decision (direct award to Rank 1 vs mini competition) will be based on a number of criteria including but not limited to the size, complexity, strategic &/or commercial value of the development.
