The highest ranked provider will be awarded the first creative design task (the brief for which will form part of the tender). Guinness will reserve the right to appoint the highest ranked contractor for subsequent creative design tasks or to undertake mini-competition(s).

The decision (direct award to Rank 1 vs mini competition) will be based on a number of criteria including but not limited to the size, complexity, strategic &/or commercial value of the development.
