Explanation
The complexity of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust environment and its dependency on a wide range of Microsoft technologies requires support which is aligned directly to the software provider. The Premier Support Services and MCS are only available directly from Microsoft. The direct alignment of the Microsoft Premier team with Microsoft Product and Support teams ensures the most comprehensive level of support is available for the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust environment.
