For the purpose of this tender exercise a street theatre performance is defined as:
• any performance lasting between 3 – 40 minutes long
• engages crowds of up to 100 people at any one time
• does not require any staging/special production for delivery
• features performers and has a theme.
Please note that street theatre shows does not include walkabout characters.
