Abstract
Hard Facilities Management services.
As a core part of improving our proposition for our customers, KAO is now seeking to work with an established provider of Hard FM Services to provide a comprehensive and forward-thinking service across our station estate.
We are seeking a partner who can work with us to design and deliver a Hard FM service in line with the expectations of our Client through the SQR and related regimes as well as meet the increased demands of our customers. We expect our future partner to bring technological and operational expertise from other, similar contracts as well as the ability to innovate, bringing fresh ideas to ensure the contract meets the required outputs.

Notice Cancelled
This notice has been cancelled. The original deadline date of 28/05/2020 is no longer applicable.
Good Afternoon,
The Sell2Wales Tender is being cancelled with no supplier being appointed as a output. This is partly due to operational reasons, but also a change to the Business.
As you are aware, the Franchise is due to be transferred from Keolis Amey Operations/Gweithrediadau Keolis Amey Limited to Transport for Wales Rail Limited, and this transfer is currently planned to occur on 7 February 2021.
