FSCS is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for the provision of support, maintenance and consultancy services for it's Finance applications as below:
(i) Support and maintenance for FSCS' on-premise instances of SunSystems, iPOS and associated applications based on current service model;
(ii) Root and branch analysis of FSCS current finance applications to include producing a configuration document;
(iii) SunSystems and iPOS system upgrades to include any associated training;
(iv) Support to migrate to cloud version (if required);
(v) off-premise support - post migration based on the chosen service model (if required).
