Breckland Council requires a contractor to undertake various works on Council owned properties and Council owned land. The Council currently owns around 200 properties. A variety of properties are owned by the Council including industrial units, office accommodation and a hostel. The Council’s portfolio is a significant asset to the Council, with the Council now receiving around as much money in commercial property rent as they get from local council tax.
