Monitoring of Grey seals on Skomer Island 2020-2025

Description of the goods or services required
The objectives of the contracted work are to record Grey seal pup production and survival, adult/pup behaviour and cases of disturbance to breeding seals for the Skomer Island population
Seal pup production and survival are monitored to provide a measure of the size and health of the grey seal population, which is an Annex II feature of Pembrokeshire Marine SAC. Grey seals are also a feature of the Skomer Marine Conservation Zone. .
