Explanation
Goggles — Personal protective equipment required for all police forces for protection of staff due to Covid-19 this is an emergency requirement due to the worldwide pandemic and therefore was considered to be extreme urgency. Purchased on behalf of all police forces and the nationally coordinated effort by the National Police Coordination Centre.
