Request for Quotes for Mifare Cards May 2020

Description of the goods or services required

Pembrokeshire College is requesting quotations for the supply of NXP MIFARE Plus EV1 4k 7-byte UID cards on a three-year contact.

We require:

1). NXP MIFARE Plus EV1 4k 7-byte UID cards. 3,000 white ID cards blank on both sides. Card size CR80 (86.5mm wide x 53.98mm high).

Please indicate the delivery time from the date of the order approval.

Please include the cost of shipping in the quotation.

Please submit prices EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

The award will be made on price only.

PLEASE NOTE: Contracts will not be awarded to suppliers who are not part of the NXP Partner Programme.

Contracts will only be awarded for genuine NXP MIFARE cards. Contracts will not be awarded for MIFARE “compatible” or cloned cards.

The contract will be awarded week commencing 6th July 2020

Contracts will not be awarded to suppliers who cannot deliver before 21st August 2020.

If you are successful in your quotation, the prices you have offered will be entered into the Contract Documents.

The College’s standard Terms and Conditions of Agreement will be applied to any contract awarded as a result of this exercise.
