This procurement process has established a framework agreement for the provision of a range of professional services, specifically employers agent, principal designer and clerk of works services, to Paradigm Housing Group Ltd.

The services that shall be provided by the suppliers under this framework agreement will support Paradigm in the delivery of the types of construction projects and/or programmes indicated below. The requirement will mainly include the provision for new homes including affordable rented accommodation, low cost home ownership, private sale, mixed tenure schemes and some refurbishment, regeneration, alteration/extension and demolition.
